Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on moryel.shop, operated by Solstice LLC, with its registered office at 1200 N Federal Highway, Office 348, Boca Raton, FL, 33432.

Origin of products

Products sold on moryel.shop are shipped directly from China by a third party supplier. This allows Moryel to offer its product range without maintaining local stock, and is reflected in the delivery times set out below.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time refers to the period between the order being placed and the order being handed over to the carrier.

Delivery time

Once an order has been shipped, delivery takes between 8 and 16 business days to arrive at the address provided by the customer. This delivery estimate is in addition to the processing time stated above.

Separate packages

Where an order contains more than one item, the items may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages and on different dates. This does not indicate an error with the order.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped from China to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by UK customs authorities. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout. Moryel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email to follow the progress of their delivery.

Delayed or non delivered orders

If an order has not arrived within the maximum stated delivery period, the customer should contact support@moryel.shop, quoting the order number, so that the matter can be reviewed under the Return and Refund Policy.
